1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToolArks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the tools on ToolArks for personal, non-commercial or commercial development purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Disclaimer

The tools on ToolArks are provided on an 'as is' basis. ToolArks makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.

4. Limitations

In no event shall ToolArks or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on ToolArks could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ToolArks does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides.

7. Remote Login Relay managed credit packs

Managed credit packs are one-time digital products with no subscription or automatic renewal. Starter includes 10 new sessions valid for one year from activation; Standard includes 500 new sessions valid for two years. One credit is charged only when a phone first connects to a new session; reconnects to that session, creation failures, and email-delivery failures use no credit. The current release supports macOS and Chrome only. The temporary link is a sensitive bearer credential: do not forward it, and use it only for accounts and pages you are authorized to access. If the product cannot activate or create a managed session, contact [email protected]. Refunds remain subject to Gumroad rules, the product description, and applicable law; consumed credits are not promised as refundable except where required by law.
